• The drill unit is hydraulically operated truck mounted
• Adequate horse power 1800 rpm torbocharged diesel engine to carry out smooth drilling operation.
• Power pack assembly for transfer of power to various units.
• The wireline hoist is powered by a hydraulic pump mounted on main drills power pack.
• Mud pump is mounted on truck with capacity 140 LPM at 53 kg/cm2 pressure suitable for handling heavy mud circulating fluid upto a depth of 1200 mtrs. With a finishing hole sixe (96 mm) HQ diameter. The pump is driven by hydraulic system.

• It is top drive hydraulic diamond core drill having capacity to drill NQ ( 76 mm ) size borehole upto 1280 mtrs. And HQ ( 96 mm) size borehole upto 860 mtrs.
• Hydraulic motor driver , hoist drum assembly located on the mast to facilitate angle hole drilling.
• Unit is having a hydraulically driven wireline hoist provided with full safe brake feature.
• The drill unit is capable of drilling angle hole upto 40 degrees from vertical.
• Kores failing FM-45 Duplex double acting reciprocating high pressure mud pump of 284 lpm and pressure of 63 kg./cm2 is attached.
• The mud pump is driven hydraulically by the same prime mover which drives the drill.
• Hydraulic brakeout system is available for handling pipes, rods and casings and to facilitate braking of rod joints hydraulically.

• It is skid mounted Heavy duty Hydrostatic Drive Diamond core drill. It can drill upto 914 mtrs. Depth borehole of size NQ ( 76 mm. ) in single line.
• The hoist drum is operated through heavy duty hydraulic motor as well as hydraulic motor driven wire line hoist assembly unit with an emergency brake arrangement.
• Triplex Mud Pump, high pressure reciprocating pump is attached with the unit. The pump capacity is 170 lpm and delivers a maximum pressure of 52.80 kg/cm2 . The entire unit is comprises of 3 skid mounted units for care of transportation to suitable location/placement of drill site. - One skid motor unit comprising diesel prime mover and hydraulic power pack. - Second unit comprising hydraulically driven drill unit - Third mounted unit comprising hydraulically driven triplex pump.

• It is tractor mounted rig and it is useful to drill boreholes upto the depth of 35 mtrs. In dry area. The rig is most suitable for bauxite drilling exploration.
• As the unit is tractor mounted and hence accessibility to borehole points in hilly & difficult terrain is possible.
