Hindi Division

The Hindi Division plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and representation of the Hindi language within the organization. It is responsible for:

  • Providing Hindi translations for communications and documents to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for Hindi-speaking employees and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating communication between Hindi-speaking employees and the Hindi Division, as well as with the Hindi Division itself.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of Hindi among employees, which is essential for effective operations and compliance with the Official Languages Act, 1963.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Official Languages (Use for Official Purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, which mandate the use of Hindi in certain official communications and documents.The Hindi Division's efforts contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of PSUs, ensuring that their operations are conducted in a manner that respects and accommodates the linguistic diversity of their workforce.
